How we affect change in our community

NOMINATION OF
501(C)(3)

At the prior meeting, members can nominate a locally established 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Three causes are drawn at random.

QUARTERLY
MEETING

Members meet for one hour, four times each year. Each member brings a check and a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

PRESENTATION OF
THREE CAUSES

Members who nominated the three selected organizations chosen at the prior meeting take turns giving 5-minute presentations and offer a 5-minute Q&A.

VOTE FOR CAUSE
TO SUPPORT

Following presentations and Q&As, members vote on which cause the chapter will support. Members write $100 checks to the awarded organization.

Our Impact

“What a great way to maximize impact and minimize hassles. No “the check is in the mail.” No treasurer. No keeper of the cash. No operational budget. No planning meetings that last an eternity. No walks, races, auctions, dinners or dances to attend. Just one 60 minute meeting four times a year.”
